The plastic cases on these drives are very brittle and often break in shipping. Please wrap your VFD unit very carefully in bubble wrap to avoid this damage. Should your case break in shipping, we will still make an attempt to repair the drive, but may not have a replacement case to replace the broken one.

Sometimes during repair of this item, we may have to replace parts that incur an additional cost.
In this case we will ask for your approval before repair work can begin.
